Refund Policy
We do not have to provide
a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please
choose carefully. We will happily answer any questions you may have
before making your final decision, please contact
us.
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the
Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a
remedy.
Delivery Policy
All deliveries are within New Zealand only and delivered to the
nearest mainfreight depot unless prior arrangement is made with us. Please
advise when placing your order that you advise of any special delivery
requests.
Any damage must be noted on the delivery docket when goods are
signed for and Carpet King must be notified
immediately.
